Delete account

How to delete your Rally account and all your data.

Delete your account in the app

Open Rally → Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete account → confirm. Your account and all your data are deleted permanently and immediately, and cannot be recovered.

Data that is deleted

Profile, name and avatar, chat messages and photos, posts, reviews, game participation history, wallet, follows, and all data tied to the account.

If you can't sign in

Email us from your registered address at support@worthymove.com with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify and delete it within 30 days.
